Karen worked very closely with us to develop relevant comps and arrive at an asking price that we were comfortable with. She provided excellent advice on how to best prepare our home for showing by removing distracting items and opening up living spaces. She took extensive photos of the house and assembled them into a sales brochure and put them on line. We received many comments from our friends about how spectacular the photos were. We thought we might have been late to market with our home and were concerned about a shortage of buyers. However, Karen arranged showings for a large number of prospective buyers. After showings we always received timely feedback from Karen about the buyer's comments. We never received any pressure to reduce the price of the house for quicker sale. A month before the closing we vacated the home. During that time Karen was very helpful in taking care of all the final things that needed to be done.
